While Lisa is best known for her richly detailed figures — angels, goddesses, gods, and mythic beings — moonlit forests, star-filled skies, ancient temples, and blooming gardens appear throughout her portfolio, painted with the same care and luminous detail as the figures at their center.
These atmospheric backdrops are a signature part of Lisa’s style, grounding each mythological or spiritual subject in a sense of place. You’ll find them throughout the Portfolio — from the temple columns behind Bridget, to the underwater ruins surrounding Ishtar, to the night skies of the Crystal Wind Oracle cards.
